Case study · Real estate
HillTown Group: 600+ leads every month from Meta ads, for 12 months running.
One Ahmedabad property developer, one marketing programme: the website, SEO, Facebook and Instagram, and Meta advertising, run together from July 2024 to July 2025.

Case study
Project overview
HillTown Group is a real estate developer in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, building residential and commercial projects. Its website currently lists five completed projects (Square, Plaza, Landmark, Residency and Impressa), five ongoing (Trade Center, Harmony, Zade, Heaven and Serenity) and two upcoming (Horizon and Opulence).
For twelve months I ran HillTown’s digital marketing end to end. I designed and published the website, handled its SEO, managed the Facebook and Instagram accounts, and ran the Meta advertising that produced the leads.
Who did the work. The engagement was led by Harshil Barot, Apzom’s founder, from July 2024 to July 2025. It began before Apzom Digital was founded in January 2025 and continued under Apzom. Harshil has worked in digital marketing since 2012.

Results
The results
The headline number is lead volume from Meta advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
| Measure | Result |
|---|---|
| Leads from Meta ads | More than 600 every month |
| Months sustained | 12 in a row, July 2024 to July 2025 |
| Leads across the engagement | More than 7,200 (600+ a month for 12 months) |
| Platforms | Facebook and Instagram |
The figure we care about most is not a peak month. It is the floor. A developer’s sales team plans follow-up calls and site visits around the enquiries it expects, and a campaign that delivers 600 leads one month and 150 the next is hard to plan around. This one stayed above 600 every month for a year.
What this page does not claim
- No ad spend or cost per lead. We no longer hold the spend records for this engagement, and we would rather publish no cost figure than an estimated one.
- No sales or bookings. We do not hold figures for how many leads became site visits or bookings, so this page makes no claim about sales or revenue.
- No ranking positions. SEO was part of the work, but we do not have a dated record of keyword positions from the period, so none are quoted.
- No follower growth. For the same reason, there are no before-and-after follower counts here.
Scope
What I did
Four channels, one person accountable for all of them.
01
Website
Designed and published the HillTown website on WordPress, with each project on its own page under one Projects menu.
02
SEO
Search optimisation of the site and its project pages, so people searching for HillTown and its projects find the official site.
03
Social media
Managed the HillTown Facebook page and Instagram account through the full twelve months.
04
Meta ads
Ran the lead-generation campaigns on Facebook and Instagram that delivered more than 600 leads every month.
The website
A property website has one job above the rest. When someone hears about a project, from an ad, a hoarding or a friend, they need to find it quickly and trust what they find.
The HillTown site is organised by project. Each development has its own page, grouped under Projects as completed, ongoing and upcoming, so a buyer interested in one building lands on that building rather than a general brochure.
Project pages went live as the portfolio grew during the engagement, including HillTown Zade in July 2024 and HillTown Serenity in September 2024.
The site has been edited since July 2025, so hilltown.in today is not a frozen copy of the work described here.
Social media and Meta ads, run from one desk
I managed HillTown’s Facebook and Instagram accounts and ran its paid Meta campaigns over the same period. That matters more than it sounds.
Many people who see a property ad check the developer’s profile before they enquire. If the profile is active and matches the ad, the enquiry feels safe. When organic and paid social sit with different people, the two drift apart, and the ad ends up promising something the profile does not support.
With both in one place, the ads and the accounts they pointed to told the same story, month after month.
Before you compare
What this means for your project
This is a past result for one developer, in one city, over one year. It is not a forecast. Lead volume for any project depends on its location, price point, construction stage, offer and budget, and on how quickly leads are followed up. Anyone who promises you a monthly lead number before they have seen your project is guessing.
What carries over is the approach: one accountable team across the website, search, social and ads, and reporting that is honest about what it can and cannot prove.
