AI Content Policy

How we use AI — and where humans stay responsible.

Apzom Digital uses AI tools in parts of its content workflow. This page explains where, what human oversight applies, and who is accountable for what gets published. We would rather be transparent than claim a purity we do not practise.

Do we use AI?

Yes, in parts of the process. AI tools assist with research synthesis, drafting, structuring and editing. They are a writing and analysis aid, not an autonomous publisher.

We think claiming “100% human-written” would be misleading for most agencies in 2026, including us. What matters is not whether a tool was involved but whether the published result is accurate, original, genuinely useful and reviewed by someone who understands the subject.

Where AI is not used

AI is not used to fabricate data, invent case study results, generate fake reviews or produce claims we have not verified. It is not used to mass-produce pages for search engines. And it is not used to write anything published without human review.

Human oversight

Every published page is reviewed by a member of the Apzom Digital team before it goes live. That review checks factual accuracy, whether the advice reflects our actual professional judgement, and whether anything reads as generic filler.

Editorial responsibility for everything on this site rests with Apzom Digital, regardless of which tools were involved in producing it.

Accuracy and verification

AI tools state incorrect things confidently. Any factual claim, statistic, date or platform behaviour that originates from an AI draft is verified against a primary source before publication, under our fact-checking policy.

Client confidentiality

We do not enter confidential client data, credentials, or commercially sensitive information into public AI tools.

Client work

Where AI assists in work delivered to clients, we disclose it on request. If you would prefer content produced without AI assistance, tell us during scoping and we will confirm whether we can accommodate it and what it changes about cost and timeline.

Common questions

Frequently asked

Does Apzom Digital use AI to write content?

Yes, as an assistive tool for research, drafting and editing. Everything published is reviewed by a human who is accountable for its accuracy, and no page goes live without that review.

Is your content AI-generated?

It is AI-assisted and human-reviewed. We do not publish unreviewed AI output, and we do not use AI to generate volume pages for search engines.

Will AI be used on my project?

Possibly, as a productivity tool. It is never used to invent results or data. If you would rather we did not use AI assistance on your work, say so during scoping.

Who is responsible for errors?

Apzom Digital. Editorial responsibility rests with us regardless of the tools involved. Errors can be reported under our corrections policy.
