Corrections Policy
How we handle errors.
We publish a lot of technical detail and some of it will eventually be wrong. This page explains how to report an error, how we assess it, and what we do about it.
Reporting an error
Email hello@apzom.com with the page URL and what you believe is incorrect. A source supporting the correction helps but is not required — if something looks wrong, tell us and we will check it.
You can also use the contact form. Corrections are welcome from anyone, not only clients.
How we assess it
We verify the reported issue against primary sources under our fact-checking policy. If the report is correct, we correct the page. If we disagree, we will explain why rather than simply not responding.
How corrections are made
- Material errors — factual mistakes that could mislead a reader or affect a business decision are corrected and noted on the page with the date
- Minor errors — typos, broken links and formatting issues are fixed without a note
- Outdated information — content that was accurate but has been overtaken by platform changes is updated, with the revision date shown
- Content that cannot be salvaged — removed rather than left in place misleading people
What we will not do
We will not quietly delete a page to avoid acknowledging a significant error, and we will not amend content to remove an inconvenient fact at a client’s request. Where a correction affects advice we have given publicly, the correction is visible.
Response time
We aim to acknowledge correction reports within two working days. Verification of technical claims may take longer where it requires testing.
Common questions
Frequently asked
How do I report an error?
Email hello@apzom.com with the page URL and what you think is wrong, or use the contact form. You do not need to be a client.
Will you say when a page has been corrected?
Yes, for material errors. Corrections that could have affected a reader’s decision are noted on the page with a date. Typos are fixed silently.
What if I disagree with your response?
Reply and tell us why. We would rather have the argument and get it right than defend a position we cannot support.
