Google Ads Management
Google Ads management built around commercial intent.
We plan, build and optimise Google Ads campaigns — Search, Performance Max, Shopping and remarketing — structured around what people are actually ready to buy, with conversion tracking configured properly so the reporting means something.
What Google Ads management covers
Google Ads reaches people at the moment they are searching for what you sell. That intent is why it converts, and why wasted spend hurts: you are paying premium prices for clicks that were never going to buy. Management is the ongoing work of structure, targeting, bidding, creative and exclusion that keeps spend on the right queries.
This page covers Google specifically. If you need channel strategy across Google, Meta and beyond with a single acquisition target, see performance marketing. If your buyers are on Facebook and Instagram, see Meta Ads management.
What this fixes
Problems this solves
- Expensive, low-quality leads — Broad match and loose targeting pull in traffic that was never going to convert.
- Wasted spend on the wrong queries — No negative keyword discipline, so budget leaks to irrelevant searches.
- Performance Max as a black box — Spend goes in, limited visibility comes out, and nobody is steering it.
- Reporting on the wrong metrics — Impressions and CTR reported while cost per qualified lead goes unmeasured.
Who this is for
- Businesses whose customers actively search for their product or service
- Companies already spending on Google Ads without clear cost per acquisition
- Ecommerce brands needing Shopping and Performance Max run properly
- Local businesses competing for high-intent local searches

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
How much should I spend on Google Ads?
There is no universal minimum. Budget should be sized against what a lead is worth and your realistic cost per acquisition. We prove the economics at modest spend before recommending scale.
Is Google Ads better than SEO?
They solve different problems. Ads buy visibility immediately and stop when you stop paying. SEO compounds but takes months. Most businesses run ads for near-term pipeline while SEO builds underneath.
Should I use Performance Max?
Sometimes. It performs well with strong creative assets, clean conversion data and a defined audience strategy. Used as a set-and-forget campaign it consumes budget with little visibility. We only recommend it where the inputs justify it.
Do we keep ownership of the account?
Yes, always. The account, its history and its data remain yours whether or not you continue working with us.
