Editorial Policy
Our editorial standards.
How Apzom Digital researches, writes, reviews and updates the content published on this website — and how we handle the commercial relationship between our content and the services we sell.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to all editorial content published on apzom.com, including guides, articles and the explanatory content on our service pages. It does not cover client work delivered privately.
Research and sourcing
Content is researched against primary sources wherever one exists — official documentation from Google, Meta or the relevant platform, rather than second-hand summaries. Where we cite a statistic or a platform behaviour, we link to the source so readers can check it.
Where something is our opinion or professional judgement rather than documented fact, we say so. “In our experience” means exactly that.
Originality
We do not republish other people\u2019s content as our own. Where an idea originates elsewhere, it is attributed. Content is written for this site rather than spun from existing articles.
Expertise
Content is produced by the Apzom Digital team, who deliver the services described. Where a topic falls outside our direct experience, we either research it against primary sources and say so, or we do not publish on it.
Commercial transparency
Apzom Digital sells the services our content discusses. That is an obvious conflict of interest and we handle it by describing limitations honestly \u2014 including saying when a channel is unlikely to suit a business, and refusing to guarantee outcomes nobody can guarantee.
We do not publish paid guest posts or sponsored links presented as editorial.
Updates and accuracy
Search and advertising platforms change frequently. Content covering platform behaviour is reviewed periodically and updated where it has become inaccurate. Substantive corrections are handled under our corrections policy.
